Withdrawal Policy

• Odds for pre-match bets are finalised before the match or event begins.
• Odds in live betting change in real time — the odds at the moment of confirmation are the ones that apply.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 399dbt reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with 399dbt's match policy.

If one selection in an accumulator bet is voided, that selection is removed and the bet continues with the remaining selections.

General Bonus Terms

• Every bonus comes with a wagering requirement — typically 15–30x the bonus amount.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once — multiple accounts from the same family or device are not eligible.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the specified time period.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it is transferred to your main balance once the applicable conditions have been met.
